CTI as new Avaya Business Partner
In early June, 2005, CTI Management Services was accepted to become an Authorized Avaya Business Partner for the IP Office solution! Throughout the summer months, our Sales and Operations Teams have been diligently attending training on the IP Office and working with our Distributor, Catalyst Telecom in order to ramp up and be in full swing! We already have several opportunities with clients with both traditional digital options as well as full IP options! We are excited to have the IP Office as one of the “best-in-class” offerings we can now provide our clients.
New Offerings in Professional Services
CTI’s Professional Services unit can design, install, project manage, maintain and troubleshoot just about any network. This includes VoIP Readiness Certification and Wireless Survey and RF Testing. Carrying full certification including Avaya, Cisco, SpectraLink, NFPA, NCCER, TIA, CWNA, ONQ and ETS MasterTraining, we can design new networks and troubleshoot or certify current networks.

Next Breakfast Club – November 8th
